“Question Box Sermon” July 11 in Prince George’s County

July 7, 2010

A “Question Box Sermon” is a UU custom that presents an opportunity to pose questions to the minister, Rev. Bruce Marshall, that might have occurred to you throughout the year. The format: a time of reflection during which congregation members (and visitors) are invited to write their questions on a card. The cards are collected in a basket, delivered to the minister, and he will attempt to answer the questions written on the cards. No promises that he’ll get everything right, but he’ll make a try. All are welcome!

“Unanswered questions are far less dangerous than unquestioned answers.” -Anonymous

“A belief which may not be questioned binds us to error, for there is incompleteness and imperfection in every belief.” – Robert T. Weston, Unitarian minister
